Celebrity Draw
Many of Kansas City’s hometown sports heroes hit the links for Welcome House! For an additional donation, teams have the opportunity for a Celebrity Player Draw to join as their fifth player.
- These Celebrity Draws are limited opportunities on a first-come basis to sponsoring teams.
- The live drawing happens at 9:30 a.m. to determine the Celebrity assigned to a team.
- Two Celebrity flights will share in $3,000 in prize money.
- Simply add the Celebrity Player Draw option when registering your sponsorship.

Meet our 2021 Swing Fore Recovery Golf Classic Chair
Ms. Courtney Chapman is leading this year’s Swing Fore Recovery Golf Classic.
Courtney is Chief Operating Officer of PROOF, a market research company that uses Emotional Data to get answers to burning questions.
An avid golf enthusiastic, Courtney has volunteered at the Swing Fore Recovery Golf Classic the past few years, and is excited to lead this year’s event.
Speaking of leadership: Courtney is in the Centurions Leadership Program, Spring Class of 2021, and is President of the KC Golf Classic Foundation. In 2019, she served as volunteer chair for the KC Golf Classic, the city’s largest golf event, where she had oversight for 600 volunteers.
We’re thrilled to have Courtney’s leadership and energy benefiting Welcome House!

We welcome community volunteers such as businesses and individuals to volunteer in support of the Welcome House Swing Fore Recovery Golf Classic:
- Serve on the event planning committee
- Help assemble player swag bags
- Serve as a contest monitor on tournament day
- Help with player check-in and registration.
